Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound inquiries (phone, email, chat) for service appointments.
• Perform proactive outbound calls for reminders, recalls, and retention programs.
• Provide information on maintenance needs, pricing estimates, and recalls.
• Document interactions and service details accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with service advisors and internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and satisfaction.
