Job summary

Responsibilities

• Electrical distribution systems and related equipment for the client’s leased space.
• Lighting systems, emergency lighting and ventilation systems.
• HVAC system – monitoring and coordination with PPM vendor.
• Fire protection/detection system – monitoring and coordination with PPM vendor.
• Minor plumbing and carpentry works.
• Provide a general "handy man" service to rectify minor faults or repairs needed to the Premises and fixtures, typically <2 hours of continuous work.
• Undertake any duties that may be assigned by clients.
