Job summary

JLL is seeking a Multi-Skilled/Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and electro-mechanical systems in commercial properties across the Philippines.

You will perform preventive maintenance on panels, switchgear, lighting, HVAC, fire safety systems, and building automation, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires 1–2 years of experience and NC2/NC3 certification, with travel within designated areas.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical maintenance.
• NC2 or NC3 certification required.
• Willingness to travel within designated areas in the PH.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems, panels, switchgear, and distribution equipment.
• Inspect and maintain lighting systems, including LED retrofits and emergency lighting.
• Service and repair electrical motors, generators, and backup power systems.
• Maintain building automation and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and rooftop units.
• Service air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
• Calibrate thermostats and building automation controls.
• Test and inspect fire pumps, standpipes, and hose systems.
• Inspect and test fire doors, dampers, and smoke barriers.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs.
• Diagnose technical problems using testing equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty components, parts, wiring, and fixtures.
• Respond to emergency electro-mechanical issues and power outages.
