Job summary

Servicio Filipino, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems at our Philippines site.

You will diagnose faults, install components, and respond to breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires a Technical/Vocational Diploma or Associate Degree and at least 1 year of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in electrical or mechanical or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in facilities or industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and respond to emergency maintenance calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment faults and system failures.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Install, replace, and maintain mechanical and electrical components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Support facility improvement and renovation projects.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
