Job summary

SF Express Philippines Inc. seeks a customer service/logistics coordinator to act as the on-site liaison between client and internal teams, receiving and coordinating orders to ensure timely processing and execution.

You will communicate operational requirements, manage exceptions, provide updates, and maintain records while coordinating with Operations, Customs, Warehouse, and Transportation to meet service commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience in customer service, logistics operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing, on-site environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between client and internal operational teams.
• Receive, validate, and coordinate customer orders to ensure timely processing and execution.
• Coordinate and communicate client's operational requirements and priorities to relevant internal departments.
• Manage and communicate shipment or order exceptions, ensuring prompt resolution and customer updates.
• Facilitate timely and accurate transmission of operational information between Huawei, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customs, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to ensure service commitments are met.
• Escalate critical issues or delays and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, and operational activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer representatives to support service excellence and continuous improvement.
