Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in transport coordination, logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, customer service, or warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and respond promptly to urgent concerns.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in time-sensitive situations.
• Willing to report to Biñan and Santa Rosa warehouse locations as needed.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams, drivers, warehouses, and customers simultaneously.
• Proficient in WeChat, Messenger, and Viber.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client's transport teams regarding delivery schedules, urgent concerns, and transport-related issues.
• Monitor and promptly respond to after-hours customer concerns, including delivery delays, damages, misdeliveries, vehicle concerns, and other transport-related complaints.
• Assess urgent issues and coordinate with the appropriate dispatch or operations team to provide immediate or interim solutions.
• Coordinate with Biñan and Santa Rosa warehouse teams and in-house drivers to identify, quantify, and fulfill real-time vehicle requirements.
• Receive, evaluate, and properly assign customer complaints and transport concerns to the appropriate dispatcher or operations team for resolution.
• Follow up on reported issues to ensure end-to-end resolution and timely updates to customers.
• Work closely with transport coordinators, dispatchers, warehouse personnel, drivers, and other internal teams to prevent escalation of customer concerns.
• Monitor transport activities and provide timely updates regarding delivery status, vehicle availability, and operational concerns.
• Use communication platforms such as WeChat, Messenger, and Viber to coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of transport incidents, customer complaints, vehicle requests, and actions taken.
• Escalate critical or unresolved transport issues to the appropriate supervisor or management.
• Perform other transport coordination and operational support tasks as assigned.
