Job summary

SF Express Philippines Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Station Supervisor in daily logistics tasks. The role covers inventory control, asset management, office administration and handling financial protocols at the SF Service Station.

You will serve as a point of contact for customers booking requests and walk-ins, and coordinate incoming shipments and daily dispatch. Flexibility and KPI awareness are important traits.

Responsibilities

• Support the Station Supervisor in operational requirement of the company.
• Manage the day-to-day operations the SF Service Station from inventory, asset management, office administration and financial-handling protocols.
• Serve as a contact of customers for booking request and walk-in.
• Responsible for coordination incoming and daily dispatch of shipments.
• Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment of finished orders.
• Tracking the progress of shipments.
• Recommend options and plans for logistical activities.
• Responsible for keeping appropriate documentation and logs to support all planned finalized orders.
• Work closely with Client Support Service team.
• Other duties that may be assigned.
