Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or coordination roles preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and able to resolve operational concerns efficiently.
• Willing to be stationed at client HQ in BGC, Taguig and coordinate with Warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Transportation Department regarding daily and upcoming transportation plans.
• Monitor transportation requirements and coordinate schedules and arrangements.
• Liaise with Warehouse team to ensure proper logistics and delivery scheduling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation-related concerns and complaints from Huawei departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure service requirements are met.
• Maintain clear and timely communication on transportation schedules, updates, and operational concerns.
• Perform other transportation and coordination-related tasks as required.
