Job summary

Egis Group is seeking an IT Support professional in the Philippines to provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networks. You will monitor system performance, assist with server/workstation maintenance, and install or update software.

The role requires a degree in IT/CS, 3+ years’ experience, and strong documentation skills. You will work on-site with a shifting schedule and collaborate with the EPPI IT team to ensure reliable operations across tolling and back-office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS required.
• At least 3 years in a similar IT support role.
• Experience writing technical documentation.
• Basic SQL knowledge and network configuration skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
