Qualifications

• Troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware and software issues.
• Windows OS installation and configuration.
• Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WiFi, internet issues).
• Printer and peripheral support.
• Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 support.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user creation, password reset).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users (onsite and remote).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
