Job summary

Canon Business Services Centre Philippines Inc. is seeking a Corporate IT Support to deliver 24-hour desktop hardware and software configuration, implementation, and maintenance.

You will manage the local IT infrastructure including desktops, networking, and applications while providing hands-on support for Windows OS and related software. This internal, customer-facing role requires excellent prioritization and communication skills, with a proactive, positive attitude and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Tertiary IT qualification or better.
• Understanding of computer’s hardware and software components.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable "Can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour support for desktop hardware and software configuration, implementation and maintenance.
• Administrate the company local IT infrastructure including desktop PCs, networking, and applications.
• Support desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and networks; cover Windows OS and related software.
• Respond to customers and internal stakeholders with prioritization and excellent service.
