Job summary

Lalamove Philippines is hiring an IT Specialist to support and maintain our office IT systems, networks, and services. You will work onsite to ensure reliable connectivity, hardware, and software availability for staff across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams. Bachelor-level IT education and relevant experience are preferred, with readiness to work on site at our facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or related roles.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement for IT equipment per ISO audit standards.
• Maintain office network connectivity and coordinate with network team for design and build.
• Coordinate with telecom vendors to ensure office circuits availability.
• Manage and maintain VoIP phone systems and AV/meeting room tech.
• Oversee office structured cabling, UPS operation, and IT asset lifecycle.
• Provide daily system administration and user support; create/terminate accounts.
