Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1+ year of Windows Server technologies experience (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high-availability environment.
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.
• 2+ years IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
• 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) experience.
• 2+ years of corporate Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high quality hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues, evaluating log files to determine health of systems, software and hardware.
• Effectively manage and oversee IT asset inventories.
• Manage the ticket queue to support fluctuating case counts of trouble tickets, ensuring the customer is updated on next steps through resolution.
• Provide on-call support for high severity incidents and act as escalation point of contact for team.
• Assist with triage and elevation of system or network outages to reduce downtime.
• Understand and execute change management activities in a high availability environment.
• Participate with partner teams and vendors to identify continuous improvement projects and manage execution.
• Mentor peers and new team members, sharing diverse perspectives.
• Continuously expand skills and knowledge of IT policies to provide accurate solutions.
• Travel between local buildings and occasional travel to other cities.
