Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide frontline support for clients, diagnose issues, and manage tickets. You will resolve software, hardware, and network problems, and assist with Microsoft 365 administration in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, at least two years in a help desk role, and excellent English communication. This on-site position requires flexibility and teamwork to keep clients happy and systems running

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years' experience in IT help desk or IT support.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
High EQ and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for clients needing technical assistance via phone or email.
Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues using diagnostic techniques.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Install, configure, upgrade PC software and operating systems.
User account management and Microsoft 365 administration.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT Technicians or 3rd party vendors.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
