Job summary

Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to execute HR processes, ensure compliance, and provide high-quality support for corporate employees and driver-partners at our Pasay depot. The role emphasizes HR operations, payroll data, and benefits processing in a fast-paced, service-driven setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in HR operations or generalist roles, with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems, and knowledge of Philippine labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee and contractor records, including driver-partner profiles.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with government reporting and audit preparation (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
• Assist in payroll data and employee benefits processing.
• Organize driver training sessions and employee development programs.
