Job summary

HUMMINGCOMM CORPORATION in Las Piñas is seeking an HR Officer for an on-site position based in CWE – Las Piñas. You will handle HR tasks, support payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR, at least 1 year HR experience, knowledge of labor laws, and strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to work Monday–Saturday and start ASAP is preferred, with the added benefit of a multicultural environment and potential advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and payroll.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Experience working in a Chinese company is an advantage.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday, on-site.
• Available to start ASAP.
