Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in the Clark Freeport Zone seeks a Hardware Support Engineer to install, diagnose, repair and maintain desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals, and to manage asset inventory, warranties and imaging of new equipment.

On-site end-user support will be provided, and you will contribute to knowledge base articles. The role requires 1 year of hardware experience and relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or OEM certs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hardware diagnostics, repairs and imaging experience.
• Inventory tracking and warranty management experience.
• End-user support and documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions.
• Manage asset inventory, warranties, and replacement cycles.
• Support hardware upgrades and imaging of new equipment.
• Collaborate with procurement for hardware acquisitions.
• Maintain hardware performance logs and ensure adherence to standards.
• Provide on-site technical assistance for end users and field devices.
• Create and maintain FAQ and Knowledgebase articles for the Support Services Engineer.
