Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in the Clark Freeport Zone seeks a Hardware Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for desktops, servers, and peripherals, including installations, troubleshooting, and imaging.

You will maintain asset records, assist with warranties, and collaborate with procurement; on-site role with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with hardware diagnostics, repairs and imaging.
• Inventory tracking and warranty management.
• End-user support and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions.
• Manage asset inventory, warranties, and replacement cycles.
• Support hardware upgrades and imaging of new equipment.
• Collaborate with procurement for hardware acquisitions.
• Maintain hardware performance logs and ensure adherence to standards.
• Provide on-site technical assistance for end users and field devices.
• Create and maintain FAQ and Knowledgebase articles for the Support Services Engineer.

The Hardware Support Engineers provide hands-on technical support for all physical IT assets, including computers, servers, and peripherals. They handle installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance while maintaining accurate asset records and warranty information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
