Job summary

Swak BPO Corp., a fast-growing BPO in the Clark Freeport Zone, seeks a Hardware Support Engineer to maintain desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals. You will perform installations, repairs, imaging and on-site support for end users while keeping asset records updated.

Requirements include 1 year of hardware diagnostics/repair experience, inventory tracking, and documentation. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+ and ITIL Foundation are encouraged; OEM certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with hardware diagnostics, repairs and imaging.
• Inventory tracking and warranty management.
• End-user support and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions.
• Manage asset inventory, warranties, and replacement cycles.
• Support hardware upgrades and imaging of new equipment.
• Collaborate with procurement for hardware acquisitions.
• Maintain hardware performance logs and ensure adherence to standards.
• Provide on-site technical assistance for end users and field devices.
• Create and maintain FAQ and Knowledgebase articles for the Support Services Engineer.
