We seek an organized communicator with solid customer service skills, comfortable with MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree or Associate degree.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or administrative assistant is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Answer calls, emails, social media messages, and other inquiries.
• Register new patients and update patient records.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Coordinate patient schedules with Physical Therapists and clinic staff.
• Maintain the reception area clean and organized.
• Monitor office and reception supplies.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
