Job summary

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and clients
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about clinic services
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s system
• Coordinate patient schedules with doctors and clinic staff
• Prepare, organize, and maintain patient records and charts
• Handle patient concerns and escalated issues when necessary
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized
• Support clinic promotions, meetings, trainings, and other administrative tasks
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Any Related Field
• With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, hotel, healthcare or aesthetic clinic
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Willing to be assigned in Greenhills, San Juan City
