Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Care Specialist) to join our busy clinic in the Philippines. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring patients receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering calls, booking and confirming appointments, coordinating with doctors and staff, and maintaining accurate patient records in the clinic system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field required.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in hospitality, hotel, healthcare, or aesthetic clinic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and clients.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about clinic services.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic's system.
• Coordinate patient schedules with doctors and clinic staff.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain patient records and charts.
• Handle patient concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized.
• Support clinic promotions, meetings, trainings, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
