Job summary

Belo Medical Group in Greenhills, San Juan City seeks a Patient Care Specialist to welcome patients, answer inquiries, and coordinate appointments, ensuring a smooth, friendly experience from entry to checkout.

You will handle records, assist doctors and staff, support promotions and trainings, and maintain a clean reception area in a fast-paced clinic environment. Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field and 2–3 years in customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Related Field.
• 2–3 years work experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, hotel, healthcare or aesthetic clinic.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Greenhills, San Juan City.

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic's system.
• Coordinate patient schedules with doctors and clinic staff.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain patient records and charts.
• Handle patient concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized.
• Support clinic promotions, meetings, trainings, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
