Job summary

CONFECTIONERY DREAM VENTURES, INC. is seeking a Production Manager to plan and drive daily and weekly production schedules in a food manufacturing setting. You will coordinate manpower, equipment and materials while ensuring GMP compliance and quality targets.

The role requires strong leadership and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in confectionery or related FMCG environments, plus solid knowledge of production KPIs and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate in Food Technology, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery, confectionery, FMCG or similar.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Comfortable with production data, reports, KPIs and computerised systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, 5S and manufacturing standards is a plus.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on-site in Antipolo City.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules based on customer requirements and priorities.
• Organize manpower, equipment, materials, and production activities to meet output targets.
• Monitor productivity, yields, downtime, wastage, and other production KPIs.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of production records and reports.
• Enforce GMP, food safety, sanitation, 5S, and company procedures on the production floor.
• Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Management.
• Conduct time-and-motion studies and establish production standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Train, coach, and develop production personnel.
• Participate in HACCP, GMP audits and continuous improvement programs.
