Job summary

JLL is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned building in Iloilo City, ensuring housekeeping, pantry and concession services run smoothly while adhering to PEZA compliance and safety standards.

The role requires supervising on-site contractors, coordinating repairs with Building Admin, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime and disruptions to business operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall day-to-day operation of assigned facility through housekeeping management, pantry & concessionaire services, statutory/PEZA compliance
• Supervise all on-site contractors to ensure they perform to required standards; assist in compliance for all environment, health, & safety procedures
• Ensure that building procedures and performance measures is maintain at all times by conducting site inspection and assessments
• Reports all major incidents, customer complaints, defective facilities & equipment within the facility
• Oversee the development and implementation of a program plan to maintain site level mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in accordance with industry accepted standards
• Coordinates with Building Admin management to ensure that repairs & maintenance are minimized to avoid disruption of business operations
• Oversees the performance of multi-skilled technicians for site upkeep and quick repairs to minimize downtime
• Supervises all subcontractors and third-party vendors; coordinate, plan and provide assistance to third-party vendor activities and service delivery
• Schedules furniture maintenance services for built-in cabinetry and furnishings (e.g. countertops), free-standing furniture such as chairs, soft seating areas, conference tables, shelving units, display cases, library shelving, modular furnishings and partitions
• Manages food concessionaire that will operate the food service facilities located within the Premises
• Ensures that the cleaning services (housekeeping management) is consistent with detailed general and site specific tasks
• Monitor the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that will ensure required equipment uptime
