Job summary

Anywhere Talent is seeking an organized Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to support day-to-day maintenance across multiple locations. You will coordinate requests, work with vendors and internal teams, and track repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure timely resolution.

The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and attention to detail, with responsibility for maintaining records, handling invoices, and assisting with safety documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, property management, operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, vendors, and priorities.
• Basic understanding of maintenance, repairs, or preventive maintenance.
• Comfortable working with invoices, work orders, and vendor documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in restaurant facilities, property management, construction, or maintenance coordination is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and track maintenance and repair requests.
• Coordinate service calls with technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, scheduling, and service needs.
• Maintain records of work orders, invoices, warranties, and maintenance documentation.
• Assist with vendor quotes, billing, and onboarding.
• Prepare basic reports and track maintenance activities and expenses.
• Help monitor permits, inspections, safety requirements, and compliance documentation.
• Escalate urgent maintenance and facility issues when necessary.
