Job summary

TaskUs Molino - Greenhouse is hiring Customer Service Representatives. As a Teammate, provide exceptional customer support across phone, email, and live chat while meeting performance metrics. On-site roles require adaptability to cyclical schedules and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year financial BPO experience.
• Finance, accounting or business management degree with at least 1 year banking experience.
• Amendable to on-site work.
• Phone, email and live chat support experience is a plus; other CS, Sales, Billing, Collections, Tech Support is a plus.
• Willing to work on cyclical schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Computer literate; proficient in Windows OS, macOS, MS Office and Google apps.
• Typing test: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Good problem solving, critical thinking and customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and/or make outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses via email and live chat support.
• Filter content from client websites and perform data/research tasks.
• Provide support through basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and incidents.
• Route calls to appropriate resources and document interactions per SOPs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet client KPIs.
• Keep login credentials confidential and adhere to policies.
• Participate in trainings and processes changes; contribute to improvements.
