Job summary

APEC Homes is seeking a Warehouse Lead Analyst to audit warehouse processes and support operation decisions. The role covers manpower planning, material declaration, and coordinating receiving, storage, dispatch, and site activities to ensure conformance.

The position also involves monitoring the Warehouse Performance Scorecard, analyzing root causes, and driving inventory accuracy improvements across project sites in Calabarzon and Central Luzon. Training will occur in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

Must be graduate of Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering or any related course.
Relevant working experience in process improvement and/or Warehouse Management in a Construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet; Data-driven.
Excellent communication skills; Possess analytical and critical-thinking; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven; Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

Audit warehouse processes regularly and support operation-related decision making.
Oversee manpower allocation and planning; handle material declaration and reviews of warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch, storage and site coordination.
Monitor process flow and Warehouse Performance Scorecard; conduct root-cause analysis to increase inventory accuracy.

Job description

The Warehouse Lead Analyst is mainly responsible for the regular auditing of warehouse processes, operation-related decision making, manpower allocation and planning, material declaration and reviews construction warehouse operations from receiving, dispatch, storage and site coordination to ensure conformance. This position is also responsible in observing and monitoring process flow and Warehouse Performance Scorecard while conducting root-cause analysis to increase inventory accuracy.

Job Qualifications
