Job summary

HR Primo Management Services is seeking an on-site Branch Compliance Audit Specialist in Pasig. You will ensure BSP compliance and accurate appraisal of jewelry, gadgets, and forex across branches.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, college-level education, and proficiency in MS Office. It involves field work, reporting findings, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least college level of any related course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in jewelry, gadgets, and forex appraisal.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Team player and very objective.
• Willing to do field work assignment.
• Must display indicators of the company's Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical and digital Branch Compliance Audit to ensure BSP and gov't requirements are met.
• Counts and appraises jewelry, gadgets, and forex per policies.
• Assesses branch operations per SOPs: COH, FFE, and related SOPs.
• Ensures policies and security standards are followed in branches.
• Documents findings; discusses with Audit Supervisor and provides recommendations.
• Handles special assignments like vault stock turnover and vault door changes.
• Ensures books and records are updated and receipts issued consistently.
• Maintains integrity and honesty in all transactions with proper records.
• Undergoes training in skills and uses appraisal tools and company software.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Prepares weekly workplan for assigned area branches.
