Job summary

HR Primo Management Services is seeking a Branch Quality Assurance Officer to conduct audits across pawnshop branches, verify appraisals for jewelry, gadgets, and forex, and ensure policy compliance. The role covers cash handling, inventory, and security SOPs, with emphasis on accuracy and process improvements.

Experience in pawnshop operations, auditing, and compliance is ideal. Willingness to travel and strong analytical skills are important for success in this position.

Qualifications

• College level or graduate in any related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in pawnshop branch operations, auditing, compliance, or related functions.
• Exposure to pawnshop operations, including jewelry, gadget, and forex appraisal, is relevant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct branch compliance audits aligned with BSP regulations, internal policies, and government requirements.
• Perform physical and digital verification of jewelry, gadget, and forex appraisals for accuracy and compliance.
• Assess pawnshop branch operations including COH validation, FFE inventory, and SOP compliance.
• Ensure security protocols are implemented and branch records are complete and accurate.
• Document audit findings and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Travel to branches for fieldwork as required.
