Job summary

Infinity 88 Business Consultancy in Manila requires a Branch Operations Specialist to conduct audits and appraisals across physical and digital assets. You will ensure adherence to BSP and internal policies, prepare reports, and manage vault-related responsibilities.

Training in appraisal and POS software is provided. Ideal candidates have at least three years of branch operations experience, college-level education, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, jewelry, gadgets, and forex appraisal.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in appraisal of jewelry, gadgets, and forex assets.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and digital branch compliance audits per BSP and company policies.
• Count and appraise jewelry, gadgets, and forex for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess branch operations against SOPs; cover COH, FFE, and other assets.
• Ensure policies and security standards are followed in branches.
• Document findings and present reports with recommendations to Audit Supervisor.
• Handle special assignments including vault stock turnover and change of vault combinations.
• Keep books and records updated; ensure receipts are issued consistently.
• Maintain integrity in all transactions and ensure proper supporting documents.
• Pursue training in jewelry, gadgets, and forex appraisal and related software.
• Ensure appraisal tools and equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Prepare weekly work plan for assigned branches.
