HR Primo Management Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to conduct regular audits across pawnshop branches, verify jewelry, gadget, and forex appraisals, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. You will evaluate cash handling, inventory, equipment, and SOP compliance, recommending improvements to strengthen branch performance and regulatory compliance.

Travel to branches may be required.

Formación

• College level or graduate in any related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in pawnshop branch operations, auditing, quality assurance, compliance.
• Exposure to pawnshop operations, including jewelry appraisal, gadget appraisal, forex transactions, branch audits, and compliance reviews, is relevant to the responsibilities of this role.
• Knowledge in pawnshop operations, especially jewelry, gadget, and forex appraisal processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• High integrity, ethical judgment, and objectivity.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Willing to travel and perform fieldwork assignments.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct branch compliance audits aligned with BSP regulations, internal policies, and applicable government requirements
• Perform physical and digital verification of jewelry, gadget, and forex appraisals to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assess pawnshop branch operations, including:
• Cash on Hand (COH) validation for accuracy and proper accounting
• Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) inventory, condition, and utilization checks
• Strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure proper implementation of security protocols specific to pawnshop operations
• Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive action recommendations
• Handle special audit tasks such as vault stock turnover and vault combination changes when required
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of branch records, books, and official receipts
• Maintain integrity, transparency, and proper documentation in all audit activities
• Participate in training related to pawnshop appraisal systems, SOPs, POS tools, and audit processes
• Maintain company-issued tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Prepare weekly audit plans based on assigned branch coverage and schedules
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
