Job summary

Outsource Accelerator is seeking a Collections Specialist to own a portfolio of EC2 and Capintec invoices under $15,000. You will perform reminder outreach using approved templates and maintain an accurate collections tracker, escalating issues to the onshore owner as needed.

This role emphasizes script-driven outreach rather than relationship management. You will review aging daily, confirm balances and terms, and personalize communication within a structured workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer-facing outreach.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to perform outbound collection calls.
• Comfortable using scripts/templates while personalizing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of invoices under $15,000 with no shared ownership.
• Review aging daily; prioritize missed promises and past-due queue.
• Validate open balance, terms, contact info, and prior collection history.
