Job summary

Entech Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to strengthen collections and ensure cash flow. The role covers monitoring receivables, issuing notices, coordinating with customers’ accounting teams, reconciling invoices and payments, and maintaining confidential financial records.

Onsite work is required, with daily collaboration across departments to resolve discrepancies and expedite payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 years experience in Accounting preferably handling commercial clients.
• Amenable to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitors receivables and collects to prevent overflow into past due accounts.
• Sends collection notices to customers with past due invoices.
• Conducts regular phone calls and customer visits; builds relationships with customer’s accounting/AP teams.
• Reconciles customer SL with company records (invoices and payments) and resolves discrepancies.
• Records payments received and applies to open invoices; prepares collection reports.
• Plans and schedules routes for field agents on collection days and provides required documents.
• Responds to customer queries and resolves issues promptly.
• Receives, scans, files, and manages all accounting documents; ensures confidential filing.

Education
