Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Experience in appointment setting is highly preferred.
• Experience with Australian clients is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
• Willing to work in accordance with the Australian client's business hours.
• Must be willing to work strictly on-site in Rosario, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
• Assist customers with their requests, concerns, and service-related needs.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer and appointment records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are properly addressed.
• Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate personnel when required.
• Achieve established customer service, appointment-setting, and performance targets.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.
