Acquire Intelligence is hiring an Appointment Setter based in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role focuses on contacting and qualifying Australian mortgage and secured loan enquiries before scheduling appointments with the Manager or Back End team.

The successful candidate will gather financial details, obtain documents, and prepare a client summary for assessment. Requires at least two years in Australian mortgage or secured lending, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• At least two years of direct experience in Australian mortgage lending, secured lending, credit assessment or loan qualification.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, mortgage processing or credit assessment is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to follow a detailed credit assessment checklist and due diligence process.

Responsibilities

• Contact new clients to understand lending requirements and financial circumstances.
• Qualify enquiries and collect necessary information before scheduling appointments.
• Coordinate appointment times with managers or Back End team and provide a client summary.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up on outstanding information.
