iSupport Worldwide is seeking an Accounting Associate (AP/AR) to support day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and month-end activities. You will help maintain accurate financial records and assist with billing and collections.

The role involves on-site work at Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with responsibilities across monthly closings, reporting, and collaboration with internal departments on billing and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, AP, or AR.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience supporting AP and AR functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (QB, NetSuite, Xero, MD).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry.
• Match invoices with POs and supporting docs.
• Prepare and process vendor payments on time.
• Monitor payables and address invoice discrepancies.
