Job summary

Timplado International Corporation is hiring an Accounting Associate to manage payables and receivables, billings, collections, and banking reconciliations on-site in Rizal. The role supports monthly closes and tax documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years in accounting, proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
1–3 years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, billing, or collections.
Strong knowledge of AP/AR processes including invoicing and payments.
Familiarity with BIR regulations and basic bookkeeping is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage AR: record billings and collections, monitor balances, prepare aging reports.
Assist AP: verify invoices, process payments, maintain vendor records.
Record and maintain sales invoices, official receipts, and supplier payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and verify daily collections across channels.
Monitor cash flow reports for AR and AP and support monthly closes.
Prepare tax documents (e.g., BIR Form 2307) and aid audits.
Handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve billing concerns.
