Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our finance team by handling AP and AR transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with routine reporting.

You will process vendor invoices, match with PO, prepare payments, generate customer invoices, monitor receivables, and assist with month-end close. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or related finance functions.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Proficient Excel skills including formulas and basic reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, ensure accurate coding, and entry in the accounting system.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents; prepare payments.
• Handle Accounts Receivable: generate invoices, apply payments, monitor receivables.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and routine financial reports.
• Support audit requests and maintain organized financial records.
• Provide general administrative support and coordinate with internal departments.
