Job summary

Suy Sing Commercial Corporation is seeking a Distribution Admin Specialist to oversee administrative functions at the on-site location in the Philippines. The role requires supervising a range of support staff and ensuring smooth daily operations across facilities and equipment maintenance.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any field, relevant work experience, and be willing to work on-site at Tagbac, Jaro Iloilo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Related work experience required.
• Willing to work on-site (Tagbac, Jaro Iloilo).

Responsibilities

• Assign, schedule and supervise the work activities of helpers, janitors, messengers, electricians, mechanics, handymen, cooks and security guards.
• Undertake proper maintenance and prompt repair of company equipment and properties (aircon, telephone system, generator set, etc.).
• Canvass and procure office supplies and services from suppliers.
• Undertake registration, insurance, maintenance and repair of company motor vehicles.
• Manage petty cash and process authorized reimbursements.
• Coordinate with security agencies to ensure the safety and security of company premises.
• Other duties assigned by the Administrative Manager from time to time.
