Job summary

Suy Sing Commercial Corporation in Kidapawan, Philippines, is seeking a Distribution Center Officer to take over Receiving Specialist, Delivery Scheduling Specialist, and Delivery Admin responsibilities during leaves.

You will issue POs, acknowledge stock, plan deliveries, check trucks, process invoices, and maintain logs. Requires a BS/AB degree and at least 1 year in distribution or logistics; training in Manila for 6 months with accommodations.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any degree; minimum 1 year experience in distribution, supply chain or logistics.
• Highly adaptable and able to multitask across tasks.
• Possesses ability to learn and manage multiple processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, including purchase orders and stock acknowledgment.
• Plan and schedule deliveries, monitor trucks and delays; adjust as needed.
• Handle delivery invoices and admin paperwork; maintain takeover logbook.
