Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead / HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll operations and lead a dedicated team in a hybrid work setting at the BGC Taguig office.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in payroll processing, 3+ years in leadership, strong knowledge of PH payroll compliance, and familiarity with SAP Payroll and Excel to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including salary runs and tax computations.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes and Philippine statutory compliance.
• Experience managing payroll controls, audits and processing deadlines.
• SAP Payroll experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage payroll operations and team performance.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule at the BGC Taguig office during the day shift.
