Job summary

Royal Canin seeks an Omnichannel Account Manager to drive sustainable growth with assigned omnichannel retail partners. You will own customer development, joint business planning, and integrated commercial activations across online and offline channels.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance, and external partners to deliver superior shopper experiences while meeting commercial objectives and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years in Key Account Management or related roles.
Experience managing strategic retail accounts and HQ stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail, e-commerce, and shopper activation.
Experience with Joint Business Planning and commercial negotiations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of customer growth strategies for omnichannel partners.
Own sales performance, portfolio growth, and profitability for accounts.
Drive omnichannel activation plans across online and offline channels.
Coordinate trade assets, promotions, and visibility programs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
