Job summary

First Balfour, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to supervise tower erection activities in Paete, Laguna. You will oversee manpower, equipment, and site resources while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specs, and methodologies.

You will monitor daily construction progress, prepare reports, and coordinate with site personnel to ensure timely execution of works, reporting to the Construction Manager.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, work methodologies and project contracts.
• Experience in manpower supervision and site resource management.
• Capable of monitoring, reporting and documenting construction progress.
• Preferably with OHTL construction experience, especially steel tower erection.
• Willing to be assigned in Paete, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily tower erection activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and methodologies.
• Oversee project manpower, equipment, tools, materials and other site resources.
• Monitor and track daily site progress against targets.
• Prepare, maintain and submit daily accomplishment reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with site personnel for timely tower erection work execution.
• Report progress, site concerns and updates to the Construction Manager.
