You will monitor daily construction progress, prepare reports, and coordinate with site personnel to ensure timely execution of works, reporting to the Construction Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Must read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, work methodologies and project contracts.
• Experience in manpower supervision and site resource management.
• Capable of monitoring, reporting and documenting construction progress.
• Preferably with OHTL construction experience, especially steel tower erection.
• Willing to be assigned in Paete, Laguna.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering course.

• Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting construction drawings, technical specifications, work methodologies, and project contracts.

• With knowledge or experience in manpower supervision and site resource management.

• Capable of monitoring, reporting, and documenting construction accomplishments.

• Preferably with experience in OHTL construction, particularly steel tower erection.

• Willing to be assigned in Paete, Laguna.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor daily tower erection activities, ensuring compliance with approved construction drawings, technical specifications, and work methodologies.

• Oversee and manage project manpower, equipment, tools, materials, and other site resources.

• Monitor and track daily site accomplishments and construction progress against project targets.

• Prepare, maintain, and submit daily accomplishment reports and other required project documentation.

• Coordinate with site personnel to ensure the efficient and timely execution of tower erection works.

• Report project progress, site concerns, and operational updates directly to the Construction Manager.
