Job summary

ACCIONA Construction in the Philippines seeks a Tower Manager (Pylon Construction Manager) to lead the construction of the main bridge towers, ensuring planning, coordination, progress monitoring, and safe execution in line with project schedule and quality standards.

The role requires extensive experience in infra construction, with emphasis on marine bridge projects and cable-stayed towers, and the ability to coordinate with design and engineering teams, approve methods, and report progress

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in construction project management.
• Ten years in a similar marine bridge construction role.
• Strong knowledge of cable-stayed tower construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities related to the tower section.
• Coordinate with the Deputy Project Manager and Main Bridge Team.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and work sequences for each tower lift.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and resource allocation.
• Report daily and weekly progress to the construction management team.
