Qualifications

• 3–5 years in growth, business development, or growth marketing in fintech or payments.
• Proven end‑to‑end owner of customer or revenue outcomes, not just campaigns.
• Experience negotiating and managing commercial partnerships.
• Strong commercial and analytical toolkit: CAC/LTV, cohort analysis, unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth for OFW senders and beneficiaries, from partnerships to lifecycle deepening.
• Define personas, use cases, and moments that matter to build trust.
• Run campaigns and community activations; manage partnerships as growth channels.
• Develop GTM playbooks and corridor strategies; build diaspora relationships.
