Shore360 is hiring an Offshore Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive tenders using Groundplan and Simpro, with support from Bluebeam and Excel. You will align with the Australian estimating team, uphold QA, and ensure clear pricing, risks, and exclusions are documented.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on experience with Groundplan and Simpro in a construction estimating environment.
Experience in construction estimating, preferably plumbing or building services.
Strong numeracy with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Able to balance pricing, risk, and competitiveness while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Operate Groundplan and Simpro for take-offs, pricing, and tender structuring.
Use Bluebeam Revu for drawing review and measurement checks.
Prepare detailed estimates and tenders with supporting calculations in Excel.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and governance.
