Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Groundplan and Simpro in a construction estimating environment.
• Experience in construction estimating, preferably plumbing or building services.
• Strong numeracy with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Able to balance pricing, risk, and competitiveness while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate Groundplan and Simpro for take-offs, pricing, and tender structuring.
• Use Bluebeam Revu for drawing review and measurement checks.
• Prepare detailed estimates and tenders with supporting calculations in Excel.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and governance.
