JLL in the Philippines is offering an Office Leasing Internship to join our dynamic leasing team in Makati. This role provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate, market analysis, and client service while you learn from seasoned professionals.

You will assist in market research, support the creation of property marketing materials, help maintain databases, participate in tours and meetings, and contribute to lease analyses and market insights.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytical and research capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Assist in market research and analysis of office space trends, occupancy rates, and rental prices.
Support the creation of property marketing materials and presentations.
Help maintain and update property databases and client information.
Participate in property tours and client meetings (when appropriate).
Assist in preparing lease abstracts and financial analyses.
Support the team in various administrative tasks related to lease transactions.
Contribute to the development of market reports and industry insights.
