Talkstation Academy Cebu is seeking an Office Engineer to join our construction team in Cebu City. The role focuses on designing and drafting Civil, Structural, and Plumbing drawings, and ensuring accuracy for site implementation.

The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineering graduate with experience in construction design and strong AutoCAD skills. You will read and interpret engineering plans, coordinate with site engineers and contractors, and maintain comprehensive drawing sets

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in construction and engineering design preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drafting.
• Strong knowledge of Civil and Structural drawings; plumbing design is a plus.

• Prepare and revise Civil, Structural, and Plumbing drawings.

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Office Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in design and technical drawing and have strong knowledge of Civil, Structural, and Plumbing works for our ongoing construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise Civil, Structural, and Plumbing drawings
• Create detailed technical drawings and construction plans
• Prepare shop drawings and other drawings needed for site implementation
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, and other project teams
• Assist in resolving technical and drawing-related issues from the construction site
• Prepare quantity take-offs and assist with material requirements when needed
• Update drawings based on actual site conditions and revisions
• Organize and maintain project drawings and technical documents
• Provide technical support to the construction team

About you

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or a related engineering field
• Experience in construction and engineering design is preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drafting
• Strong knowledge of Civil and Structural drawings
• Knowledge and experience in Plumbing design and drawings
• Able to read, understand, and interpret engineering plans
• Good understanding of construction methods and site requirements
• Detail-oriented and able to produce accurate drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
